Because our counter top shop has secret weapons, that’s why.  Mr. Technical is my counterpart in the fab shop.  Together, we have over 20 years experience in the food and beverage field.  We have served drinks in bars around town that cater to high volume and high society.  That means that we get excited about restaurant projects.  It also means that we LOVE creating a project that exceeds the owner’s expectations.

Can it really be THAT complex? 

Probably not. But our field experience has allowed us to create a bar that is handsome AND functional . Since restaurants rarely close for repairs and maintenance making it necessary to get it right to first time. We have worked with design teams to ensure the finished product is easy to maintain, keeping the job looking new for years to come.  In conclusion, we thoroughly enjoy working on tops for restaurants and we feel that our experience in this feel gives us a competitive edge.
